Serving the State/Leading the Nation
Oklahoma Heart Hospital is the first all-digital hospital in America totally dedicated to the care of hearts.

Commitment to Care
Patients and their families are the number one focus at Oklahoma Heart Hospital. OHH is committed to superior nursing with a ratio of one nurse for every patient in intensive care and a maximum of four patients per nurse throughout the hospital. Our cardiologists offices are located in the hospital, so they are just steps away from their patients. Oklahoma Heart Hospital Physicians is a network of cardiovascular specialists working in over 40 clinics around Oklahoma to bring care to both rural and urban cities. The emergency room at Oklahoma Heart Hospital is staffed by a doctor and cardiovascular specialty team 24/7.
Patient Touch
Oklahoma Heart Hospital was designed from the ground up by cardiologists for the comfort of our patients. Under the OHH universal room concept, as many tests and procedures as possible are brought directly to the patient. Families are invited to stay in the patients room and expanded seating and sleep areas are provided to encourage the healing power of the families' embrace. Beds are arranged in an 8-bed pod to put the nurses and staff closer to the patients.
Patients and families are given concierge treatment when they enter the doors and pagers keep families connected to the physicians during procedures. Patients order their meals individually from the OHH award-winning food service kitchens.
Oklahoma has the highest death rate in the nation for heart disease, stroke, and other cardiovascular diseases; all the more reason to look to the Oklahoma Heart Hospital. Ranked in the top 1 percent nationally for patient satisfaction, more than 1,100 heart surgeries were performed at the nation's first all-digital hospital this past year. For patients, that kind of experience means better outcomes.
