Welcome to the resource section. This area has been designed to introduce concepts, strategies, and processes that can help you create a better and balanced lifestyle focusing on areas of fitness, nutrition, and health. It’s not a diet style, an exercise style or even a stress or time management style. It’s all of the above. There are many programs out there and our site is attempting to introduce you to the fundamentals of managing what we call your "lifestyle".

We would like to give special thanks to Grant Roberts, the Academy Award recognized trainer, nutritionist and lifestyle coach for sharing his principals known as the The Unified Lifestyle (UL). His organization has created a comprehensive seven-day system for his clients that exercise and stimulate your mind as much as your physical body.  Designed to provide all of the tools to manage energy, enhance mental focus and cognitive capacity, while improving physical performance and overall health. This should be the goal you have for your plan, your lifestyel plan.

Any program created for you, should allow you to become an everyday athlete; possess the strength, agility, endurance and intellectual skills to perform in a competitive context’ and everyday life. Let this be one of your personal goals. Share your desire with your friends, family, trainers, and coaches. Get them involved in YOUR program.

The 10 essential elements are here to provide guidance and introduction and you build your program in 2010. Your personal program should educate, motivate and create a healthy new invigorating lifestyle designed specifically for you regardless of your present condition, age, gender or athletic ability. The program should show you how to make lifelong improvements to your appearance, strength, confidence and overall fitness level. Each of these Essential Elements will help provide a direction to an important aspect of your lifestyle.

You won’t be spending countless hours in the gym because your workouts will be efficient and concise. You certainly won’t starve yourself or give up foods you enjoy. In fact, your program should allow for two days of every week when you are encouraged to enjoy any foods you like in moderation. It’s all part of the plan!

What more valuable investment do you have than yourself? Have you got something more important to tend to in your life other than your own life?
