
No Brain, No Gain
Lifestyle success is not black or white, it’s grey matter. Body and mind are inseparable. Enhancing oxygen and blood flow to the brain through specific exercise programming promotes new brain cell growth (neurogenesis), neurochemicals and additional growth factors improving cognition.
Basically, when the brain is stimulated by exercise it responds much like a muscle. If you don’t like who you are, change your mind. Think about what inspires us to change; we all get to a point and say enough is enough. How well you can manage your brain or vice versa, how well your brain manages you, will determine your success. Your potential is limitless.
The best, and possibly worst, thing about the brain is that it believes what you focus on. It always lives up to its expectations.
