Get Stressed

 

Seriously, stress can save your life. However, like anything out of balance, too much stress can kill you. On the other hand, there is only one time in your life when you won’t have any stress and that’s at the end of it.

Stress is grossly misunderstood. Healthy and beneficial acute stress followed by rest and recovery is completely different than the dangerous chronic conditions of stress.
 
Exercise is stress. Healthful stress is the key to growth physically, mentally and spiritually. We respond positively to challenge provided that we understand the paradox of stress and control and limit conditions of excessive physiological, psychological and mental stress like depression, anxiety or even chronic pre-occupation which can be debilitating and inhibit fat loss.
